I have tonight received and email from Sky asking for me to confirm details of my account so they can listen to the call to see what was offered.


Maybe they do read 'certain' forums


I will keep you all informed of any developments

I thought you had been exchanging E-Mails all week? If you made your point to them firmly enough they'll eventually have to concede and listen to the call.

As for "reading certain forums", how would Sky have identified you personally from that?
