BT Charges gone up

Just checked my latest BT bill online and notice the charges have gone up. Line Rental from £15.45 to £15.99. Anytime calls from £5.15 to £5.48 and Unlimited Broadband from £16 to £17.03. An increase of £1.90 a month.
I also noticed a new charge of £1.75 a month for BT privacy at home: Caller display.
I phoned up BT and was informed by the advisor that this service was previously free but they have started to charge for it since January 4th.
I cancelled this service and am to be repaid the (£3.39) that they have charged me for this.
I would urge BT subscribers to check their bills. Small things like this can easily slip in unnoticed.

Annoying but caller ID is important to us so will just stump up...
Leaving BT in June anyway as going totally VOIP on new high speed internet connection as no landline required.0 -
These increases were flagged up well before the end of last year.No free lunch, and no free laptop

You could have got caller id it for free if u filled in a form in December.
You needed to comit for 12 months though.
You can save the line rental increase by paying in advance for 12 months0
