Happy Saturday everyone! So glad its the weekend.....

Can I be updated to 0DPO today please? I tried out the OPKs that were very kindly donated to me and got a strong positive yesterday morning which was perfect timing as I was expecting ovulation yesterday or today. DTD last night and this morning so done all we can do and now on to the 2ww!

Good luck to anyone with doctors appointments, I hope that you get the answers that you're hoping for.

AFM the vitamins I ordered for both of us arrived last Wednesday so just in time for ov later in the week, fingers crossed it works however with having just been put on anti depressants due to work stress I'm not getting my hopes up. Note to self - must think positive

I'm really glad they worked for you, I was starting to think they were a dud pack as I had nothing!

Not sure why they didn't work for you! I did get the pos at 7am when it says to use them between 10am and 8pm but I did them both before and after work as I know you can miss the surge if you only do them once a day!

Anyone know why you shouldnt use before 10am? Hope you just missed it and you are ovulating just fine sweatybetty....

Nicky Noo Na I think it is because LH isn't normally synthesised into urine until later in the day so most people surge in the afternoon. I've found my strongest results have been about 2pm.

AFM - I am on CD30 of a normally 33 day cycle, 5dpo according to OPKs and temp rise and I've just got a positive OPK. Isit true some people surge again before AF? Just trying to get to know my body still. This month has been really interesting - I did not realise I ov'd so late but it totally makes sense now!
