I didn't want to report this yesterday as it was a bit strange.......but as I was feeling !!!!py I decided when I got in from work to do a test. I just had a "feeling" (It was like angel on one shoulder, devil on the other situation) As they're only IC sticks I thought I'd rather waste one than torment myself. Anyway I thought I could see VERY, very, faint line (had to hold it up to the light!). Of course I had to bin after the 5 mins was up so couldn't keep looking and couldn't show OH to decide if it was just my line eyes. Anyway I've done another this morning (morning wee is meant to have a stronger hcg isn't it) and there is a line I'm sure, still very faint but easier to see than yesterdays!! I'm going to wait until I can be 100% the line is there before I report a bfp and tell OH. We're going away for our 10 year this weekend, maybe I could surprise him then?!


Does anyone know how many mls hcg the clear blue pick up? Obviously it's very early days so would need to be sensitive, but think I need a digital one to be sure myself.

I have severe Ov pains today and I remember them well from the night we conceived DS1 so fingers crossed I believe I am ovulating today I had a further positive OPK this morning (very very positive) and will be testing on or around 18th as my LP is around 12 days average Ive compared my chart from DS1 conception to this one and it almost mirrors it around ovulation time so i feel positive ovulation is today

Did you use any other tests? I don't want to waste £9 if it's not going to pick it up x

I did use the one with the cross as a positive but when I was 13dpo. The clear blue picked mine up from 10dpo I had a very feint line on a cheapie before that thou which my DH couldn't see but I could. Hope that helps! Fingers crossed for u!!

CD27 and 11DPO for me. Bfn this am. Ongoing. Mild nausea which is worse in the evening. Had 1 episode of pink cm on wiping earlier and cervix is now high and soft. I no longer have any idea what is going on!

Quick question, at what point in your cycle do you start using opk's? (If you use them of course).

After AF Has ended, or wait a few days?

It's supposed to be day 10 of a 28 day cycle. If you're cycle is sshorter start earlier, longer you can start a little later.

So I've found something that takes my mind off the 2WW. We're getting cats!! I had a rescue centre on my Facebook pop up with a status saying they had a mum and kitten they couldn't find a home for... We've been talking about getting a cat for ages, and wanted one as soon as we moved out of our flat and into our house, so this seemed a perfect opportunity to give a much needed home... Long story short, we went and had a look tonight, fell in love straight away and we collect them tomorrow! Oops!
