Throwing caution to the wind and asking to be updated to 0DPO please
Much fainter line on OPK this afternoon. Strongest one was yesterday so in lieu of not temping I'll guess I ovd today...but it could have been yesterday. F*ck it, give it 2 weeks and see what happens!DS - 08/15

Congratulations Jedi
Please could I guess 3 BFPs for September?
I also think I will join you in throwing caution to the wind Claire! Could I also be updated to 0 DPO tomorrow as well? Had a strong OPK today, but my temps are still to pot due to my high temperature lurgyness over the weekend!! Had to discard the last 3 days of temps so far, so going just by OPKs this month. Managed to BD the last couple of nights, not sure I can convince him tonight but I'll try.....!!
Thanks as always Kellykins0 -
Really sorry to hear about your dog Lulu :-(
Please could I be updated to 3DPO tomorrow Kelly? Total guess as I haven't had any OV symptoms this month and normally do. Was on antibiotics a couple of weeks ago so hope that hasn't messed with my cycle... Feeling really down my brother has just told me he is having another baby. His eldest is 16 months the youngest is 3 months. I'm happy for them they wanted a big family but they said they went trying it just happened. It felt like a kick in the gut
Am I a horrible sister/ auntie for feeling this way. Been crying all night just wish it was me with the bfp0 -
Thanks for the kind words, folks. It's getting easier but I just miss his gorgeous face!
I took my last pill today, so I have that going for me! I'm officially moving over to this thread now. I know I should wait for the first AF after my withdrawal this week, but we're going to just DTD (we're like rabbits when we want to be! :rotfl:) whenever and see what happens. As OH thinks he has super potent sperm he'll probably DTD once and say that's it!
Aww jazz25 I would feel the same way. Loads of people I know have announced their pregnancies and it stings with every one. Your time will come. Whilst you are waiting I would babysit for them loads so they have to return the favour when it is your time! Our Rainbow Twins born 17th April 2016

Congrats boat girl
Can I ask, when everyone is posting DPO - is everyone doing ovulation testing things? I was just going to assume it was around day 14, as I always used to have regular cycles and increase 'activities' a few days before and after! Is it better to buy some of the ovulation testers and if so where is best to get them from?!
Thank you!0 -
congratulations boat girl, I also took a test this morning but nothing for me :-(. It's actually too early I suspect though and very unlikely but you never know !0

I think most people on here use a variety of techniques for detecting ov, from OPKs, checking CM, temping to know if it actually happened or not, clear blue fertility monitor (CBFM) etc. You may very well have a textbook 28 day cycle and ov on CD14, but you might have a longer or shorter luteal phase and therefore keep missing ov. Or you might have a regular cycle that isn't 28 days, which shifts the goalposts again. It's a fine art this conception businessDS - 08/15
