iPhone - buying upfront a good idea?

    Thought I'd give a quick update on this.

    My mobile arrived promptly and my contract is fully activated.
    Apple iPhone 5S 32GB for £217 and £27pm for 24mnths.
    500mins, unlmtd data and texts.

    Cracking deal in total - I recommend anyone considering an iPhone check the Cheap iPhone guide out on MSE.

    Only issue is no 4G for 24 months.

    That's true indeed. But I struggled to see the need for it when I weighed up the cost differential.

    Give it 2yrs and 4G may well be quite necessary but right now 3G streams are running fine.

    But my point was more around the search tool itself - fantastic feature of this website
