O2 to Sky Broadband Rip Off

Hello
I have usually paid £13 a.month for my broadband through O2.
Now I have the Sky changeover which informso me I am being penalised for Not taking their servicesupplied to the tune of£27 a month!
How do I get out of this nonsense?

Are you sure on these figures?
The published penalty is £5/month for not having sky line rental and £2.50/month for not having sky tv.0 -
I think that means that they are paying £27 per month in total?
Why didn't you phone Sky before your migration date, and then you would have been offered a much beter deal than the 'standard' letter offer? What services are you actually taking from them?
If you have gone through with the standard migration without negotiation then you are free to leave on 30 days notice. However if your line is now LLU'd then you'll probably need to do a return to donor back to BT for line rental.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
