I went into Poundland the other day and I bought a packet of biscuits. When I went to the till, the assistant told me that the price was TWO packets for £1.
I was outraged. This is clearly a breach of the Trades Description Act and I contacted Trading Standards immediately.
When I go to Poundland, I expect everything to be priced at £1. If I wanted to buy 2 for £1, I would go and shop at the "2 for £1" shop.
I await with anticipation, a cheque for my hurt feelings and for my inconvenience.
