Unable to get sky news

For the last few days we have been unable to get sky news on our Sony tv, screen is just blue. No problem with any other sky channels, anyone any idea what the problem can be.

have you powered down the box by turning off at the mains and then allowed to boot up ?

We get that with a few channels, normally sorted with a planner rebuild.
