they aren't out of stock they just say they paid more for these price marked items so they aren't in the offer ?
I'm in business I know we all have a margin etc but surely if you get the offer and can sell the item at a reduced rate then buy more at a dearer cost ie no longer on offer from supplier but still on offer in your store you either put on shelf and take the lower margin or keep them until offer is over at least if you genuinely can't make anything on them cos you did pay more? It's just being a decent person surely?
Aren't you reading any of the replies?
A number of people have now said "report it to Trading Standards".
Oops... late again.

Yes I know that but they have also came alongside a query which I've been trying to answer each time also, I will report them thanks for all the genuine helpers, more keyboard warriors on the old forums I see0

And the answer would be, if they are posting offers that mysteriously are consistently unavailable, to report them to TS who have the remit, and the facilities, to deal with them.
You appeared to be posting with no acknowledgement of, or response to, any of the replies you had received. This was apparent to others as well as to me!
No keyboard warrior here; just a genuine query. It was *almost* troll-like - to post like that! But no-one accused you of trolling - so less of the warrior accusations, please!Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

It would also be worth reporting this to Booker Cash and Carry. They own the Premier brand and have a team who are responsible for ensuring that sites measure up to the required standards.0

Booker have a requirement for Premier Stores to meet a certain % of compliance of stock and offers. Premier Stores receive a monthly allocation of offer stock but it's up to the retailer to order more inThe man without a signature.0 -
Booker own the Premier brans, but most of the stores are Franchise stores, similar to Spar and Londis/Nisa stores
Most likely the Franchisee gets all the 'Bumph' each month and just puts it up to adhere to Bookers franchise policies.
Worth contacting Booker though, see if they can sort the Bu**er out !0
