What if npower cannot resolve our complaint within 8 weeks?

I have received the letter from npower saying that they regret not being able to resolve my complaint within 8 weeks. They asked me to be patient but said now I can go to the ombudsman.

Should I go to the ombudsman now, or should I hope that npower would be nice and resolve everything very soon?

Thank you

Go to the ombudsman. It costs nothing and can do no harm. If nothing else it gets a different team at Npower dealing with it which might meen they actually do something to help you.
