What if npower cannot resolve our complaint within 8 weeks?
I have received the letter from npower saying that they regret not being able to resolve my complaint within 8 weeks. They asked me to be patient but said now I can go to the ombudsman.
Should I go to the ombudsman now, or should I hope that npower would be nice and resolve everything very soon?
Thank you

Go to the ombudsman. It costs nothing and can do no harm. If nothing else it gets a different team at Npower dealing with it which might meen they actually do something to help you.I have received the letter from npower saying that they regret not being able to resolve my complaint within 8 weeks.
