Thomas Cook Compensation

I logged a complaint with Thomas Cook for 27 hour delay in flight to Cuba. They have today issued a voucher for a holiday - can they do this or can I insist on a cash payment?

I too have been offered vouchers instead of money for an 8 hour delay on a flight home from Majorca.....

I only applied following Martins advice after seeing him on Mondays this morning...... Is there anywhere that shows how to ask and how insistant I can be asking for the cash instead... further information/help on how to do this would be appreciated

Quite easy. You say : "I don't want vouchers, I want the cash the law entitles me to".

Go to the Thomas Cook thread - search the thread for "voucher" and read some of the 300+ posts that come back with the same question and answers
