How do I cancel flight booking on easyjet within 24 hours?

Options
I booked the tickets for my friends and myself one hour ago and found that everything is incorrect.
We are going to travel in May. The booking changed to one single ticket on 7th Feb.
It is ridiculous. I want to get my money back because the terms and conditions state there is refund if I cancel the flight within 24 hours of making the booking.
So the question is what to do to cancel the booking now?

Use a low cost telephone carrier, try a google search.
Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.

I have sent an email to easyjet and it promises to reply within 7 days. If the CS team cannot reply me within 24 hours, refund is impossible anyway. Is making a call the only way to cancel the booking?
The other way is to change the flight details to the date I want. But easyjet has to charge me more for making changes online and I am afraid the same case will happen again.

Yes. Find a way to call them and explain that you made a mistake when booking, they might just change your booking free-of-charge.

They would have done, but if he sits around waiting for them to reply to his email then he will lose that opportunity.

Calls between Hong Kong and the UK cost about the same as calls within the UK... If you can't afford to use the phone then you can't afford to travel.

Hence my recommendation that he finds a way to call them :)

Phoning them is the only way. If you can't get to a phone, you've lost your money.
