Samsung galaxy Y £59.95 sim free unlocked

I want a sim free unlocked phone as I use giff gaff mobile. I broke my very cheap and old Nokia so thought I would get a new phone. I want wifi so that I can use at home or in wifi caf!s.
I saw the deal on phones4u for £59.95.

For the same price you can get Huawei Ascend Y300 at CPW on PAYG upgrade (+£20 if you or your fiend can't qualify for upgrade).

It's says plus £10 top up on the huawei phone. So that makes me think it's locked.

I have bought 3 Huawei Y300's from CW and they have all been unlocked.
My 3 were upgrades so I did not have to pay the £10 top up. But as you are on GiffGaff that will not be available. But I think no matter which way you go they get the same phone from the back.

PS: I do not know which phone Rusty was referring to "Horrifically bad phone" but the Y300 is a very good budget phone.

CPW phones are not locked. Period.

If you don't have an active Virgin/Tmobile/Orange/Voda/O2 sim, find a friend that does and get it for £60/£70 without a topup. It will be unlocked regardless.
