someone please help me my flight from Newcastle to Ibiza was delayed by 12 hours ruined my brothers 40th birthday as we spent it in airport and not Ibiza we had a party 3 and 5 been going on for years plane was at fault but Thomas cook still refuse to pay up after all these years someone advise me
