Another 97p to add for me today :j
On another note, do you think I should start it on the 1st December, or give us a break and start on the 1st January, so its a new challenge for a new year? what's everyone's thoughts on that?x

As a complete newbie to this challenge (but an avid change hoarder), so I think I'd prefer 1st January for purely selfish reasons - I empty my jar/pig twice a year in June and December. The December contents are given to a member of the family as a Christmas present and each year it has to be disguised in a new way. The excitement is in waiting to find out how much is in that present LOL But I can always join in a month later if it's December start.I reserve the right not to spend.
The less I spend, the more I can afford.

thanks for the feedback
I think I'm going to start it in January - new year and all that - if that's okay with everyone?
In other news, I found 4p on the floor earlier, so that's going in the pot! lolx

I think January would be a good time to start too. I will join then but may not update until my tin is full if that is ok? Don't want to get thrown off if not updating often enough!!!Hoping to stick to the challenge this year!!

Jan is definately a good idea..... I put one of those big money tins on my Xmas wish list too, so if I'm a good girl and Santa brings me what I would like for Xmas, I won't be counting it this year til its full..... will keep a tally tho!

Well have just counted change jar money - its only £27.47 (banked £22). I don';t tend to carry cash as i always use a card (which comes either straight out my account or I pay Credit Card in full each month) and I HATE SHOPPING anyway!!!!!0
