Flights not listed

Hi,
I am trying to claim compensation for a delayed flight in August 2011 but can't find my flight listed anywhere. Flightstats aren't listing it and, in fact, even the airport stats don't show a flight from Verona Airport to Newcastle Airport at all.
Any ideas as to where I go next would be gratefully received!

Do you know the date, route and carrier? If so write to the airline in the first instance. If not, you don't really have a claim.0 -
You might have been on TOM1651 on 20th August 2011 which was delayed by 3 hours 13 minutes.0
