    Much like vance miller, probably vaguely..
    The issue is their sales techniques when dealing with a highly vulnerable customer.

    Then maybe OFT is the place to report them to.

    If you are a consumer you can't do it directly to OFT, you have to do it through CAB but the link & phone number is on OFT website.
