Virgin Media First Bill Question

Hi all,
I am getting VM installed on the 22nd Feb and have gone for the following deal below from broadband choices but have a question about the billing. Virgin Media say I will get my first bill within 30 days after the install date then the payment is taken around a week later. How realistic are these billing and payment days from VM are they likely to be sooner and also would my bills be as below.
30MB Broadband
Line Rental
Weekend Calls
Free Setup, Install etc
£20 a Month for 12 Months
£31.49 There After for Remaining 6 Months
First Bill
£40.00 for 1st & 2nd Month
Second Bill
£20.00 In Advance for Following months and so on.
So just say if the install is on the 22nd Feb and my first bill is produced on 15th March with the first payment taken out the bank on 22nd March the first payment covers the time from 22nd Feb to the 22nd April which is two months and would be £40 then my second payment would be 22nd April for £20 and 22nd of each month after which means I am paying for my service in advance?
Or is the bill and payment date based on the first payment date etc?

The fixed charges are always paid in advance on any telcoms contract. Any out-of -bundle charges are paid the following month, after they are incurred. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Yep I am aware of that as it says in my post about paying up front

My bill doesn't directly relate to when i had it installed/setup.
usually companies will have a number of billing cycles, and they simply put you in the one closest to your start date.
the payment date should be fixed each month however, so after the first bill, you should know when it will come each month0
