Talkmobile say allowance used but have loads left..?
Hope someone can help.
According to my phone online account I have lots of call time and text messages left from my allowance yet when I try to call or text I get a voice message from my provider Talkmobile saying it's not possible as I have exceeded my allowance.
If it matters I have no data allowance left.
They are closed now but would anyone know what the issue is before I call them tomorrow?
