can you aadvise me. I have been with vodafone for many years and have had a lot of signal problems. Ive written to them and asked to terminate my contract early due to network issues, and had a letter back confirming that there is an issue in my area and that they are trying to resolve it asap. They refuse to terminate the contract early and should i wish to cancel early then i will incur an early termination fee of £277! I refuse to pay for a service i am not receiving, but dont know where to go from here. I am writing to tell them that I will be taking it further but who do i contact?
