UKPC Parking Charge, what do I do next?

Complain to BPA and DVLA.

Write to UKPC:

You have twice written to me now without providing a PoPLA code, in flagrant breach of the BPA Code of Practice and the recent directive to all AOS members from DVLA/BPA. This breach has been reported to DVLA and BPA.

If you oblige me to write to you again I will charge you a £100 administration fee per letter. Either send me confirmation that my challenge is accepted or send me a PoPLA code. Any response from you which contains neither will signify your agreement to pay the administration fee for every additional letter I send to you.

The administration fee will be discounted to £60 if paid within 14 days of my invoice date.

And don't worry, UKPC are toothless morons who never take any action beyond sending their stupid letters.
