Driving in Europe '90 day limit'

The policybook is not typically a document that can be held in isolation but must be read in conjunction with the schedule and potentially other documents.
Most insurers send the same policy book to all customers irrespective of if they are TPO, TPFT or Comp but it is the schedule that states which sections apply0 -

Not necessarily.
As previously posted, get them to confirm in writing to you that they are not applying any 90 day rule on you as mentioned in their email.0 -
Just checked the schedule and cross referenced it with the policy document and it states that section 4 is applicable (the section I've copy and pasted above) I'll call them, but just want to make sure I'm confident in what I'm asking them/ querying0

On a slightly different note if you have house insurance then check your policy because most insurers will say something like "you're covered while you are away providing you don't leave your home empty for more than 60 days".
So if you have house insurance and the house will be empty you would need to speak to your insurer.0
