Buyer Solicitor wanting an Indemnity Policy because deed has a blank page, help?

We had it once where the Land Registry had just not scanned in a page and then destroyed the original document Richard.
Just human error, I think the buyer insisted on an indemnity policy too
O yes...scanning companies LR used made mistakes. I have several times got hold of originals and supplied LR with full copies without missing pages - they were duly grateful!RICHARD WEBSTER

It has all been sorted, they appear to have accepted our arguments after three months and we can now exchange contracts.
Thanks for all the advice though, it soothed my nerves last night0
