Bank Account Frozen PLEASE HELP

Tell me what you think: the OP has posted elsewhere ( refer profile), from the other thread he she has started is your assessment the same? The respondents there seem to be better disposed to him her than here.

On Monday I went to the hole-in-the wall and it swollowed my card, I called into my bank and they said my account had been frozen as a payment that had been made into my account via chaps was being investigated. Now I got a loan for £300 from a ooan company and missed the repayment date, the bank said that the loan company said the £300 loan was paid to the wrong person and the bank froze my account.

I have all my benefits paid into this account, my Income Support, Child Benefit and Child Tax credit, I spoke to the Bank Manager and he took I.D from me got me to sign a form and said the fraud department will be investigating and that i can have NO access to any funds until a decision has been made which may in the bank managers own words could take weeks or months. What can I do, i have no access to my benefits, nothing to live on, and no money to support my 2 kids aged 2 and 3.

Please any advice anyone

Sorry but I had no idea if there was a correct place to post this, I am just desperate for any help

I note on another thread you are asking about housing benefit advice and according to you, you live with a partner. I would have thought he or she could have helped out financially until your situation is clearer.

IMHO I really cant help thinking your brain has been frozen and you live in a make believe world.
