:rotfl:Personally, one of the hardest things about bankruptcy and this board, for me, is the constant use of the word 'DISCHARGE'. It appears in sigs and titles and it never fails to shock. It's like tourettes of the forum.
'Disharge, discharged, undischarged' etc

Postie,
I think it would give the impression to somebody mortally ashamed of facing bankruptcy that perhaps there was life after the awful deed was done.

Sorry babes, been out at the garage with effing car:mad:Foxy,
For God's sake get some perspective; you don't normally have any problems.
(Frankly couldn't be ar*ed with all the cr*p!)
Criminals enjoy good food and wine and dare I say it "making love".
Does that mean we have to forgo those pleasures just because low lifes enjoy them too?

Er, I think I get the message Foxy,
As yet I am still subject to the terms of my bankruptcy; is that o.k?
I hope terms doesn't sound like turds :rotfl: :rotfl:0 -

Post if you were a newbie lurking here and had just read what I have read (i.e. your original post) then it would have scared the sh1te out of you, especially those that don't know to much about bankruptcy.
I haven't been made bankrupt yet and I can tell you, when I read your post my stomach flipped over and again I started questioning whether I am doing the right thing. I'm just saying, I do appreciate that it isn't a breeze and I'm sure that no-one considering it thinks that it is (newbie or not). Just think that possibly you could have worded it better, I mean "god help you he will be all over you like a rash" and "you can apply for a job and be turned down for no other reason than you are a BR" and "you dont have a proper bank account"??? Yes you can, you just can't have a bank account with a credit card and overdraft attached, which is no bad thing.
You really should think about how your saying something before you say it IMO.Sometimes you have to go throughthe rain to get to therainbow0 -
