Just had a pair of trainers delivered, they are so small I can't even get my feet into the hole under the tongue let alone pull them on. So I have to pay for them to be returned. Won't be cheap

If you need to return anything and you have a shop local you can return it there. just take copy of order form etc as proof of purchase.0

That's new, previously items purchased online had to be returned that way, most annoying paying twice for postage.
They don't do refunds EVER only exchangesO:ILife is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.
