Just had a pair of trainers delivered, they are so small I can't even get my feet into the hole under the tongue let alone pull them on. So I have to pay for them to be returned. Won't be cheap :(

  • If you need to return anything and you have a shop local you can return it there. just take copy of order form etc as proof of purchase.

Nope, you can't return to store for a refund, only an exchange.

That's new, previously items purchased online had to be returned that way, most annoying paying twice for postage. :(
They don't do refunds EVER only exchangesO:I
Life is a coin, you can spend it anyway you wish, but you can only spend it once.
Go as far as you can see, and when you get there you'll see further.

if it's online purchases you are referring to then they have to do refunds under the Distance Selling Regulations. If they don't they are in breach of those regulations and should be reported.
