Have no fear of them taking you to court for an unpaid invoice for parking on your own land, they have to prove that your dastardly deed has cost them, (and the landowner, your-self), money.

They would also have to prove that they have a contract with you to charge you thusly. My advice would be to threaten them with trespass, and to raise merry hell with the managing agent.

The purpose of these companies is to deter others from parking on your land, and ensure that visitors spaces are not invaded by two car owning housing benefit riff raff, harassing you could well be a criminal offence against your "quiet enjoyment" of your property under the Landlord and Tenant Act.

If you have proper title to your land you would be perfectly justified in taking them to court, (not small claims track) for trespass, Mr Davey did.

You're forgetting the VERY close links between this questionable company and a certain Judge based in the Bournemouth area.

Yes there has been some bizarre decisions out of this court. Not suggesting anything dodgy but a former district judge owns Devere I believe. Not that will have any bearing on anything ;)
When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Also can I please have a template of a complaint letter to send to the BPA and DVLA - also the addresses to send these letters too.

You don't need a template as you'll just be writing a short email to them in your own words as keeper, attaching the PPC's letters you are objecting about. Please, write your own complaint as it's far more genuine - don't expect spoon-fed templates for situations that require your own input like this one does. The only 'template' we have is for first appeal stage, as people can actually write their own letters of course - and it is better to do so.

Having said that, in her reply earlier on, 4CR already wrote you the letter to send to Devere for each car, as regards this query, so not sure what more you need:

    Hi all,

    Can you please help.

I cannot find this link to a thread by Daisy that gives me a template for my situation. Can someone please give me a link to one and copy and paste a template letter into this thread so I can reply once again to Devere as their latest deadline of 24th march is fast approaching. They have rejected 2 requests from myself for a POPLA code.

    Thanks.

And you'd find Daisy's letters if you simply stop and read the sticky threads - and I NEVER link the sticky threads as they are at the top of this forum. If you haven't found your way round the forum yet nor learned how to use the search facility then you are going to struggle so the link you really need is not a template, but instead, this below:

    New To The Forum?

Then read the sticky threads by me and Crabman (whose links include Daisy LBCCC thread), and re-read the advice you've already got as the letter has already been written for you.

HTH - and DON'T reply to any pm by a new poster in case it's Devere (4CR and other very regular posters are trustworthy however).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
