That sounds like you would legalise hard drugs, for example?

I would, the war on some drugs is about the most cretinous self serving idiocy imaginable, right behind it's illegitimate offspring, the war on some terror.

Or perhaps they were normal, possibly high functioning, people who were led into the war zone and abandoned by Barclays

What normal high functioning people make rational decisions to gradually lose £160k gambling on shares for 3 years?

I could walk down to the Porsche garage and buy a 911 Turbo. It would be a stupid decision (I'm not wealthy or high earning enough to justify spending £120k on a car). The Porsche dealers wouldn't reject me at the door, they wouldn't stop me test driving it, they'd likely encourage the decision? Would they be to blame for my obviously poor financial decision?

If I then left the Porsche dealer and drove it into a wall at 195mph could my wife sue them for selling a car capable of doing speeds like that, to someone without adequate training and experience to handle it? Should all cars capable of doing more than 80mph not be allowed in show rooms? Should you have to get some advanced driver qualification before you can visit specialist advanced car show rooms to buy them? Or should we accept that sometimes people will make stupid decisions, and we can't always stop them and it isn't always helpful to make people think they'll always be bailed out of the consequences...

You right serious allegations ,and [TEXT REMOVED BY FORUM TEAM],the adjudicator had been called a corrupted crook on his face already ,but so far no lawsuit ,.Could it be because his manager at OMBUDSMAN had known he was being corrupted .And FCA also had lots of complains about him ,,,,fraud office all knew he was being corrupted .He should go to prison ,has he was in place to help ,NOT TO FIND A CARRIER AT PEOPLES EXPENSES ....

Mad ? ha ha .... Does it upsets you knowing you,r system that was put in place to help out ,is in fact corrupted ?.But it is ,as for you,r post,s regarding his jobs E Y ,is just a fake and was added ,and it was only done ,after the couple complained to Barclay,s .He panicked so much that even enter Barclay ,s job twice on his profile then corrected it .He gave his notice to them on Tuesday ,and left on Friday .Because they knew he was being corrupted ,he even said to them he was going to a pension company .By the way his manager at the ombudsman knew he was being corrupted ,he even recorded a tape conversation of a complain made to him about his behaviour ,to show to him on his return after a week holiday .This guy was corrupted ,and has been told already ,he was corrupted ,now his up to him to take them court .LOL and Barclay,s as well .Would be interesting ,so the FCA ,the ombudsman all of them would have to provide what they knew about his behaviour ,and emails they had regarding his conduct .But keep tuned more will come .Ho there is more to it ,but i,m
allowed to tell you for now ,as it now on hands of a lawyer .

This is not about feeling better or worst ,is about say it has it is.
This couple had great respect for this country ,which they respected ,and paid their duties ,it is morally wrong ,to have a go at them just because they don,t have British names ,.But there are British peoples who also lost money ,and one of them is life savings in the same way .Many have made contact with them ,to say they to lost money with this ATI .

    L,

you might was well go home now.

there is no way, you will EVER convince any of us here that you were not willingly gambling away your money and throwing good after bad. In a foolish and reckless manner. You time will be better spent going to gambler's anonymous sessions.

I have had a barclays acct for over a decade and have never had a problem

They don,t need to convince you of anything , you are of no interest to anyone,or anything for that matter .The point IS IF THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG ON THE ACCOUNT ,WHY CORRUPT THE ADJUDICATOR ????????? .So they gamble money as you said ,they needed not to worry right ? , :o:o:o:o
