It's really good to know that both Clixsense and Crowdflower are sensible and give good customer service. I haven't had much contact with Crowdflower only robot replies, but I have found Clixsense to have the best customer service of all the site I deal with.

Yeah I am really satisfied in all. It was a genuine error and I can understand why it was flagged, at least they were polite and saw that it was just a genuine error

Yay! Not really tasking right now as got lots of e-mail surveys to catch up on as I slept all night and lots of today due to not feeling very well.

I have the usual minus global task

Surveyhead Surveys
give us your 2 cents.

One or two of those just freeze don't think i've yet to be able to get one from surveyhead. I recall the last time global task was taken down was just after the last one didn't credit i should really send tickets in for missing credit for surveys.

This was for argos and two videos they seem to be replacing the alien family in the adverts

Yup, I did one earlier and it didn't credit, so i opened a ticket.. and then it disappeared from the page. CS support just sent me a message saying they took it down because a lot of people had the same issue with not crediting, so they're looking into why.

Thats great news that they reinstated your account.. though its still scary to think that a task might flag you for that reason - most people won't be able to tell whether their ISP is having issues or if the website is down. There must be a lot of people getting stung with that regularly and not be aware of their ISP issues.

If its the Global Survey that didn't credit, might be worth putting a ticket in, since the issue is so widespread and they are chasing Global S. about it.

Looking online there are hardly any threads or people talking about being banned so I would imagine that it is quite rare I completed over 20,000 tasks, some in just seconds (correctly!) and I was never banned, I think it is fair that I was flagged for that task really and all is well that ends well

the most surveys I get are from SSI and sometimes opinion surveys

I didn't take a screenshot of the survey so all i can say is the argos survey lol which probably wouldn't help Clixsense.

I wouldn't know where to start to take a screenshot of my computer.

same with me SSI is always a regular earner i've made over 50 dollars from that company alone lol so i just hope that doesn't disappear.
