    Oh no... just reading about your pallaver with CrowdFlower Katy... it made my stomach lurch seeing that can happen. I so hope you get it sorted soon. It seems really odd that it's not a CS issue if Crowdflower have only banned you from that site, but thank goodness they are trying to help. And well done on the leaderboard on CS... you deserved it.

    I gotta say I am SOO glad of this thread, for alerting me to CS... I've just cashed out again, another $21.69, despite a slow day yesterday. Total for the week was $56.08 / £32.85 which I'm sooo chuffed with. I looked back on the older thread and saw that this is about par with a great week from when you guys were starting out, so I'm v positive about the earning potential from CS once I've more experience on the site.
    You guys are doing an awesome job on this thread.

    Another good news day for me as well as I got accepted onto a different Online Focus group for cereals... it pays in amazon vouchers, so hopefully it will be as generous as the travel hub one. *happy dance*

    CS have replied to me and said this:

    They told us that you were recently caught "clearly cheating" on some of their tasks. This behavior damages their relationship with their customers and cannot be tolerated.

    I have replied back to ask which tasks I am supposed to have cheated on, as it says some tasks, not a task, and also how I have supposedly cheated? I have had low accuracy on one or two tasks recently but I have never knowingly cheated on ANY of their tasks. I have asked for further clarification but already have a sinking feeling that CF are not going to be forthcoming with any information. I still have the option to complete tasks elsewhere, and guess I will have to move onto another site to do my tasks in the future. I feel a little sick about it all, especially as they done in seemingly right after I won the leaderboard competition on Clixsense... Very off putting for me and I don't really know what to do now :(

    Well done rachel thats awesome !! :) i forgot that were 1 hr in front so i couldn't add any further earnings to this weeks payment so just the 45 dollars i mentioned. Just means i have alittle boost to next weeks goal. Your doing very well hope it continues for you and thanks for the hub referal i'm enjoying adding my comments and its quite a friendly place to write your views etc.

    Your probably not in the mood for this right now but i'd fight it explain that your one of the top earners for CF ask then to give a detailed explanation for their actions what tasks they are refering to. It depends how they react if you think they may relent and bring you back then don't be so forceful. But if you find they aren't willing to commuicate try to take it further i'm not aware who runs owns CF but that could be the next route go over the heads.

    I'm probably talking crap and having a rant lol but they can't say these things and then not fully back them up . hope you get it resolved Katy :)

    :( Oh no!!! Thats awful.
    They can't accuse you of cheating without giving proof or explaining WHY they think that - thats just defamatory and really upsetting to be accused of.
    They have to give you the chance to clear your name - its not fair to accuse you of something with no actual reasoning behind it.
    And for this to coincide with you winning the leaderboard is highly suspicious on their part.

    You've got to fight this and push them to give you a clear insight into this decision- you've been a really consistent worker with them.
    Do they have a phone number or anything? Clixsense i mean... it doesn't seem like Crowdflower have any issues with your work.

    Thanks for the post O_W.

    I am now liaising with someone from Crowdflower. They've stated the name of one task, a task which I did have a genuine error on, so I have e-mailed them my reply and Clixsense have also explain to them the good standing of my account to try to help my case.

    Hopefully they will see that this is a genuine error and I would never willingly falsify information on a task. I may send them a link to this thread, where it is clear I never offer any information on any tasks that could be cheated on and I never post about anything that would be against the rules etc. I will see how it goes.

    Feel a bit upset as the tasks are such a big earner for me, there are other sites that I can make money on if need be but I really like the CS/CF platform in general and just hope that they will see that I had a genuine error and get it sorted. Nothing for anyone else to worry about, basically a website was showing as not working, due to the website host, but it turned out it was my ISP that was causing me to get that error message, I only found that out yesterday as it happens when BT went down overnight in my area (Saturday night when I went to bed early) and the problem was finally resolved... So I've explained this to them and shall have to see what happens I guess...

    Fingers crossed the wait is fruitful and not too long. Looks like I've been flagged for a genuine error so hopefully it'll all come right soon.

    RachelBel, the problem is with Crowdflower not Clixsense. Crowdflower have contacted me now to explain the particular task, it was one task only, not multiple tasks as it first was made to sound, so maybe a miscommunication. Also, Clixsense have been fantastic and they paid me today as usual.
