To be precise, it's between months 7 to 12...subject to other conditions being met.turkish416 wrote: »Mea culpa = First Direct is leave before 12 months...
Be a shame to mess up, so better to re-familiarise yourself with the T&Cs?0 -
I think you'll find that that's exactly what your quoted post was saying.
On pure grammatical construction of the quoted sentence, I would suggest it was a question, even though there was no question mark.CherlokHomes wrote: »That will be a hop more then hopping because are first direct not the only bank with the £100 incentive.
However, if you insist it wasn't a question but rather a statement to say First Direct are not the only bank with the £100 incentive: I would then claim to be allowed to post my agreement by saying "no they aren't", without being called to task about agreeing with a previous poster.0 -
Starts on Monday - Co-Op bank, Switch to them and they will pay £100 and make a £25 charity donation0

You really ought to keep your longest held current account, since "time with bank" is a key stability criterion in credit scoring (for mortgages, credit cards, loans, etc).turkish416 wrote: »So back to my original query, are there any issues that anyone can think of that prevent this?
I have 18 (or is it 19?...I forget!) current accounts, and sheer number hasn't affected my ability to gain credit.0 -

It is new and existing customers too, they mentioned this to me in branch the other day and it includes smile.
Switch 2 DD's/SO's via full switch and close the old account, and pay in 800 a month.
Existing customers qualify if they don't already pay in 800+ a month.0
