suzi -You have underestimated the size of the plot - it is actually 272.5 sq.m

not 227.5 which it was with your original dimensions.

It is almost 0.07 or 7% of an acre.

    Still sounds bl00dy expensive though.

    What's the planning permission for?

    Edit: crossed post

GG shares a lot of characteristics with estate agents suzi.

    Blue!

BTW George is assuming that at 10 metres in, the plot begins to narrow steadily till it is just 6.5m wide at the back (which it might do but 272.5 square metres is still short of 7% of an acre!)

I assumed that the plot was more like two rectangles of 8.5m x 10m at the front and 6.5m x 25m at the back perhaps due to some kink in the boundary! (i.e. 247 square metres).

Could still park my 14 foot cut combine harvester down the back and still have room to squeeze past in my tractor I reckon!

I too assumed that the plot steadily narrowed from 8.5 to 6.5 (ie a rectangle with a trapezium attached)

    Whatever.

suzy - yes I do get into trouble on here because I can't stand greed and stupidity and there's lots of it on here. And two-bob millionaires acting like they're the duke of f*cking westminster.

So I tell it like it is and some people don't like it.

    Anyway, Your plot sounds nice

That's fair enough. Good luck to you.

Get it valued and take it from there.

    What's the access like?

Have you got a rear entrance?
