    As they are "linked" to a PPC, it is in their own best interests to uphold any appeal submitted against another operator.
    Get them out of the way...

    Love PPC party politics.

    Why are people moaning that it was cancelled to quickly? Isn't the whole point to have it cancelled?

    It is the set up at IPC - no one is moaning that the appeal was cancelled - and looking at your posts - which PPC do you work for or is it Gladstones?
  • I don't work for a PPC it just seemed like moaning about getting the right result, jesus is no-one allowed to ask a question lol. I don't know maybe i am ignorant of the situation as a whole my bad but thats why i asked in the first place.

    I think it is because as this is a new situation it would be good to get some intelligence on what grounds are winning and helping us build up experience to help motorists with their appeals.
