I'm trialling a service to help reclaim paid parking tickets on private land. No idea if there will be any interest, but if there is I will probably be trying it out with one of the car parks below, where I have plenty of either POPLA or court judgements.
The Peel Centre
The Range
Burton Hospital
Fistral Beach
Rheidol Retail Park
Any airport
Any port
Corporation Street, Preston
St Helen's retail park
Hawarth
Eurogarages (KFC/Starbucks) at Bath Road, Heathrow

With the right amount of publicity I think you'll be swamped!!!!!0

Go for it - a little disappointed not to see my pet hate, Aldi, on the list !"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0

You need to add Eurogarages (KFC/Starbucks) at Bath Road, Heathrow to the list - two court decisions against them already, and another one stayed pending imminent strike out.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -

Aldi - possibly round 2 - don't have enough evidence at the moment.Hi, we’ve approved your signature. It's awesome. Please email the forum team if you want more praise - MSE ForumTeam0 -
Surely the pirates who patrol the infamous Howarth car park are not BPA members. They rely on intimidation on-site rather than chasing up non-payers after the event.
Or do I have the wrong car park?
Also hand in hand with Fistral Beach seems to be Tower Road in Newquay.0 -
This was bound to come, I've said a number of times that sooner or later PPC world would eventually mirror PPI world. And here's the start.
I wouldn't be surprised to see a number of law firms pile in as well. Maybe Gladstones, LPC Law, Graham White might see there's more money to be made on the other side of this fence. Wouldn't that be poetic justice!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Brilliant - Congratulations Pranky!
Now when are the DVLA going to be prevented from handing out our details to the Parking Companies to use for unlawful purposes, as proved in courts all around the country? All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. The DVLA have currently abdicated all responsibility. It may be a while yet before they can be persuaded to change their mind. Easy steps...Hi, we’ve approved your signature. It's awesome. Please email the forum team if you want more praise - MSE ForumTeam0

So, how much are you planning on charging?. No point in working for nothing is there?.Never Knowingly Understood.

It's a good idea in theory - the problem will be finding the people to the site - which is down to a more widespread advertising campaign being required.
Those motorists who simply pay up are not those who generally are aware of the appeals process in any case and are gullible enough to think that these parking charges have the same legitimacy as council enforceable penalty notices.
The government did not exactly go out of its way to announce the significance of keeper liability when schedule 4 of POFA recceived royal assent and became law.0
