Grey Water tank

in Water bills
I have metered water.
My Fresh Water Used Volume at 31cubic metres matches exactly my Used Water Disposal on my latest Bill.
I have had, for the past 8years, a 1+ cubic metre grey water tank used for the garden from May to October, filled from bath, shower and sink.
Does anyone have experience of gaining a bill discount from Thames Water.
It suddenly occurred to me that clearly Used and Disposed water can not be equal in volume, in reality.

And if you have Water Butts you can dispose of more water than you pay for.

It shouldn't.
"We will also consider reducing the wastewater charge if you can
prove that you return less than 90% of the water we supplied to the
public wastewater system."

You'll only get the reduction if you ask for it and can prove that you don't return all the water to the sewers - it's not automatic.
I wish I lived in the Thames water area, I'd be happy to pay for 100% for my sewerage, I would be £100 a year better off and I only pay for 90%.
Anglian water's standing charge is £30 a year more and we pay 94p a cu.m more to get rid of it. The water charges are more as well.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
