BT internet issues

Hi

I'm very new to this site, so I'm hoping that someone out there may be able to help?

We used to use BT as our internet provider, but since we moved house we have struggled to have an adiquite service supplied from BT, the problem we have been having is the lack of the internet service, now I have tried since 2012 to have this issue resolved without any resolution from them. We have now had a letter from BT saying that they have already taken legal proceedings without notifications! Now I have kept them upto date on numourious occasions, but like everybody we have our own lives to live, and forgive me for saying it, but I don't want to spend every weekend sorting issues out with a supplier that I have to keep going over old ground for, and then to top it all of they over charge us! Please can some one give me some advice of where we stand, ask for ofcom, they do not want to know!! Help!!!!!! :mad:

I think you missed something out. Like errr EVERYTHING?

Why have BT taken legal action? Have you not paid them? They cut the internet off for non payment?

Try explaining what happened and use paragraphs. Keep it short as possible with the facts and not the waffle.

Start at the beginning. All bills from old property paid? Paid for in the enw property also?
