Options
Hello, a bit of a curious one here.

The internet light on my thomson router via o2 has been showing red all day, yet both my ethernet connected devices are connecting to the web ok....how can that be?

Have you received an email advising you of your move to the sky network? A few people have experienced this scenario during the move, ring O2/Sky is the only real advice unfortunatelt

Have read of similar modems were internet light shows red but connection to web is ok, my speeds are normal so think i will leave well alone.....was just curious as to how everything was still working.
  • I had the same issue. I reset the router and the LED is now green. Login to the router (default address 192.168.1.254, login: SuperUser, Password: router serial number on label under router), go to "O2 Wireless Box", under "Pick a task" click " Reset my O2 Wireless Box", wait a couple of minutes.
