End of contract with Vodafone, how to get the most from their retention department?
I've asked to cancel my contract some time ago and am now having seconds thoughts about it.
I only really need about 75mins of calls and 100 texts a month.
I've just called their retention department and been offered £20 a month with the first 6 months being only £10 a month, i.e equal to £15 a month across a 18 month contract.
Has anyone done any better or know of better deals that i can use against this?
I'm not to bothered about a the type of phone really just about keeping the costs down.

Put it in writing to cancel. You'll get a phone call from retentions soon after. I got 75 mins and 100 texts for £9 a month and a new phone.0

Was the £9 for the entire length of the contract and was it 18months, sorry sounds like a very good deal almost to good to be true0 -
12 month contract, all at £9. I've been with them for 5 years now though so that was a useful bargaining tool.0
