  • I got my decision today finally, originally claim started further back than I thought (12th June) but I have been placed into enhanced care and mobility. Very pleased.

It says 'for an ongoing period' for both rates but further on in the letter it says they will contact after Nov 2023 to make sure I am receiving the right level of PIP.

    Ah right, 10 years then?

Not at all a bad result although not as good as DLA would have given no doubt with an indefinite.

    2 years.

Seems a lot different than the other poster. mind you they are now only giving short periods for Attendance Allowance nowadays when previously it was common to get it for life/indefinite.
Presumably everything is being brought into line with PIP.
