Thank you for highlighting this. I too save my points for something worth while. I have bought a buggy and 2 cars seats over the years. I always worry that one day I may lose the card as, as you say, there is nothing that safety guards the card to you. I was saving for another car seat for my brothers baby but this has really made me think! Thank you.0

I wonder what is classed as not being used,I haven't bought anything for a while, but I have checked offers on the machine,I wonder if that counts?
Boots will remove Boots Advantage Card points from Advantage Card accounts that haven't been used for two years or have been closed.0 -
i make full advantage of the boots xmas points nights then this year spent all my points in the 70% sale. worked out beautifully. grabbed all the things i wanted and at the till i asked the lady to stop scanning when the points ran out and i would pay cash the rest, all the items went through with just 53 points to spare! perfect! enough bubble bath and smelly sets for all the childrens friends birthday partys for the year and a new hairdryer for my daughter :-D I have also previously saved up for a new camera too.0

I spent a few hundred pounds, mostly between Nov-Jan, and only had enough points to buy a perfume gift set in the half price sale. I think a lot of the time it's only worth buying stuff ftom Boots when they have offers, because their products are often a little more expensive than other retailers and the points just make up for the difference.Love saving, but not sure I'm doing it right!0

Every time planning to spend over £15 or £20 you can use till spit from pinky machine giving extra 150 or 200 points. That builds up nicely. Also point events is very good thing if planning to buy/need stuff.0 -
I have no idea that Advantage card points expire too... better check as I haven't bought anything from Boots for quite a while, since they started doing the £20 minimum for store collection. :O0

90% off Gloucester east gate street. I got 2 tatty teddy baby's first Xmas gifts for £1.20 each and a moshi monster squashy sponge down to 50p. There were some boys toys and kids bubble bath and toiletry stuff and wrapping paper.0
