BT Broadband T&C Changes

I recieved an email today, laying out their new T&Cs which come in to effect on 01.08.07. There's a major change to Broadband that I don't quite agree with, basically by moving house and staying with them, you are agreeing to a new 12 month minimum term. Leave them early and you have to pay for the remainder of the original term, max £70.
There are loads more, but this is the one that would get me most. Could this be used to terminate the contract early?

You can terminate at any time...but what you mean is terminate without penalty. Debatable. You would have to show that the change is to your detriment or that it is unfair.
You could complain to OfCom specifing the specific clause in the T&C and see what they say.0
