    They had my card details. Then to 'prove who I said I was' they asked for the pics, but yeah they took the money anyway.

  • They are a perfectly legitimate company. Listed in the US, accounts audited etc.

    The request sounds odd though. If it was a card fraudster they would almost certainly have asked for the security number on the back as well - but we give the these details to companies all the time verbally. The photo request is a bit more strange, not sure what that is about. Maybe import regulations of some kind.
