Well no NSD here. Popped into the 99p store again and grabbed a couple of bits .(incl another bag of penn state pretzels as we pigged the one I got before
) couple of bags of micro rice at 49p each in £-stretcher, eggs, quorn and reduced choc popcorn in !celand, and a sour dough loaf for lunch and some reduced lamb and aubergine FILO parcels in tacto. A bit more than I planned to spend, but generally good buys.
Then, I accidentally fell into TKMaxx before pole to check out exercise wear, and came out with a dressit's very cute but not had time to try it on so it might not fit.
Was supposed to be going out on sat but plans have changed so planning to have a bash at making my own well fired rolls instead as you just can't get them down here.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Today should have been an NSD, but I've just remembered that I needed to renew my running club membership. If I'd left it until after today it would have cost me an extra £5, which doesn't make it worth holding onto the NSD. Annoyed with myself that I forgot about it on Wednesday when I was busy spending everywhere else though :wall:
However, it does mean that I can nip out and pick up a couple of bits I was going to struggle to make it to Monday without (next planned spend day). I may not have enough oil to put my bread maker on (finished my bread yesterday), and don't have much more than scrapings in my spread tub either (not a major issue with no bread in the house, but it's making me jumpy!). I'm also going to pick up some kitchen foil (as long as the store still has some left) as that's something I've been putting off for a couple of weeks, and rethink tomorrow's tea (may pick up some fish as I'm only cooking for OH and myself - DS1 doesn't like so I don't do when he's here).
So I've ended the month with 17 NSDs. Of those 13 were true NSDs (meaning not even any 'allowable' spends), and as I used to aim for 12 of those in any month I'm really chuffed I beat that target in the shortest year of the month :TCheryl0 -

Last day of Feb and I haven't been on here since Monday  Claiming #NSD 14,15 and 16. Went to the cinema during the week as I've had a rough week.
I did buy 3 Build a Bear vouchers on Wowcher the other night, but this was from my present fund, which is one of my exceptions, and still have money left over lol.Pay all debt off by Christmas 2025 £815.45/£3,000£1 a day challenge 2025 - £180/£730 Declutter a bag a week in 2025 11/52Lose 25lb - 10/25lbs Read 1 book per week - 5/52Pay off credit card debt 18%/100%0 -
As another month draws to an end I can report two more NSD's making a grand total of 14 NSD's
Not quite on target, but not spending for half of the month, is still very acceptable to me.
Thanks for everyone involved in this challenge - I'll have a think about March and see what I think I can achieve.Early retired - 18th December 2014
