Hi, I hope someone can help.
I rent a property out and it has solar panels and the above hot water cylinder.
The tenant in the property can't get the water hot using the immersion heater, we had this once before when the system was first installed and we fixed the problem by using a reset switch on the cylinder.
The problem comes about that this was a few years ago and I can't remember exactly where the reset button is???
Can anyone help in locating where this might be?

Probably under the panel where the immersion heater is located - TURN OFF THE MAINS BEFORE OPENING IT.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0
