UKPC fine - Dundee, Scotland

Just to keep a record of this: I returned to the car in December in Gallagher Retail Park - ticketed. It's a standard UKPC job. I've ignored the ticket, and had now the second letter IN RED!!! Oooooh! For a giggle, I went on their site to view the myriad of photos of my car - not taken by David Bailey - the amazing thing…
