  • Ah that was my one from about a month ago.
If your pattern follows mine the next letter does not even have a stamp.

Absolute bollox - all of it.

No County Courts in Scotland and even if there were, a judgement in their favour (impossible if correctly defended) would only affect someone's credit rating if it went unpaid.

You are nearing the end of the palavar as this is often the last letter.

How many have you had in total now?

I'm afraid I've lost count, but I've logged them all on the thread. Five or six?
  • Sorry for the random reply, I am currently going through a similar scenario with this cowboy outfit.

If you can remember what was the last stage you went through with them?

I am currently at letter number 4 and its at the £160 stage.

Personally I am fine with the situation and will continue to ignore all correspondence.

    thanks in advance.
  • I would suggest you start a new thread , , and state your location , as the post you are posting on (this) is referring to a case in Scotland

    as mentioned above
  • The reason I posted in this thread is I am in Scotland (Dundee) to be precise.

Didn't want to clog the board up with another thread and wondered how it all ended up with the original poster of the thread.

    Apologies
