Define "new customer".....
Someone who doesn't currently, or has not previously had an online account with tesco.Alternatively, am I making an offer to pay an amount for goods, to which Tesco are agreeing?
No, you are creating a new account in order to get a discount you are not entitled to.0 -
Define "new customer".....
That is one of the reasons I said you would need to read the T&Cs . Is a new customer defined as an individual or a household ? You could reasonably argue you are purchasing on behalf of your partner/parents/grandparents/children/neighbour - and does this mean you are a new customer ?0 -

by using the code.
Bingo it arrives and you've only paid £15ish (£60.. Goes to half price £30 minus £15 code)
I do think that if you use the same house after a certain amount of times it's probably quite easy for them to black list you for abuse
How does this work?

I had brief look and can not see if they where they define new customer.
Though as it your 1st online shop. I guess its when you do that 1st online shop only. If you used it 5 years ago, your not new.0 -
If the website allows you to do it, then do it.
While the same logic cannot be used for everything, I am pretty cure Tesco won't care unless thousands of people start doing it. Then they will simply write out the web code to stop it happening.
Plus, when websites state "one coupon per purchase" but you stack loads, is that illegal? No, and if the website allows it then why not do it?
The question of legality is just scaremongering.
People break the law every day on things more serious than "getting a discount that you're not entitled to".
Plus, when was the last time you saw someone in court over something like this?0 -
I've just filled my fridge up with lots of a new choccy bar by using umpteen different email addresses to get on-line vouchers !
Even better - Morrisons were selling the item at 20p less than the voucher value, so if I bought something else I got 20p off for each voucher I used.
Did the same on £5 Rail Vouchers a couple of years back..........
.......and free samples of pet food..............0 -

You add £60 worth of shopping into your basket which is going half price.
For example items which are going half price the next day however have been added to your basket at full price as the system hasn't updated yet.
(Example (not real deal)
Say for example coke 8pk £4.20, half price to £2.10 from 03/02/14. When added to basket if it's £2.10 then it won't work. However if it's £4.20 then it will.
Add 15 packs. £63. Use code for £15 off. Makes it £48. When delivered it will be £16.5 (plus delivery charge) as your receipt will show that the coke has gone through as half price and the code has been accepted also.
HTH.
Tesco prices change over on Wednesday evenings I believe. So it's best to do a shop at that time0 -

Driver wouldnt be responsible for working out payments - so wouldnt know what discounts have been applied ? If they they do know that a discount had been applied - why would they care ?0
