I'm not sure if this is the right board but I'll start here anyway.


I've probably been a bit stupid/inattentive but I can't see the page I originally bought from.


I ordered these knives from KGB thinking they were ceramic but (as mentioned once only) they are "ceramic-coated". I ordered at the start of January and that's them just been delivered and I realise they are not what I wanted.

Does anyone know if DSRs would apply in this instance? I bought direct from KGB but they were sent from a supplier. If DSRs do apply who should I contact?


If not I'll just have to keep them, I suppose, but I wouldn't say they were a bargain :rotfl:
